What you'll do
Be a part of the Hvman customer engagement team to explore the suitability of AI and automation for various aspects of the sales process.
Translate customers' requirements to AI based components to deliver specific functionality within Ohana.
Work on projects of medium to high complexity in size and scope, that require reasoning, creative thought, and independent research for solution generation.
Develop, tune, measure/quantify quality and continuously improve on AI models.
Actively search out for new technologies, platforms, frameworks, or solutions and better ways to solve existing problems, and regularly share your knowledge with the rest of the Hvman team.
Stay current with advancements in AI and establish best practices within Hvman related to model development and training.
Skills and Experience
Deep experience of AI, Deep Learning, Graphical Models, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Prompt Engineering on various LLMs.
Leadership experience, and history of managing multiple teams to deliver on customer projects.
Degree in Computer Science (MS preferred) or equivalent experience.
Working experience as a software developer, and proficient in multiple languages including Java (preferred), Python, or C/C++.
Experience with systems design/architecture and data collection, including design, coding (C++) and evaluation (C++/python)
